Who is Red Management & Consultancy

Red Management & Consultancy was founded in April 2017 by me, Raman Madan. I am a fun professional with over 16 years of experience in the field, focusing on preparedness of, planning for and response to crises, incidents and disasters.

I started off studying to become a doctor, but ended up working for the Medical Emergency Preparedness and Coordination Office (GHOR), which later on merged into the Safety Region of Rotterdam-Rijnmond. In that time I worked on preparing the region for a possible pandemic outbreak, ran over 300 trainings and exercises for boardroom management to Mayors and dispatch centres to hospitals, but also helped respond and coordinate numerous emergencies and crises.

On a personal note, I was born British, grew up Dutch, but raised with a spicy touch of India. My main job in life is being a husband to one amazing wife, a father to two awsome kids, a son to my wonderful mother and mother-in-law, a brother to one incredible sister and a friend to my ever so great friends.

My aim is to use my experience and network wherever and whenever needed to help improve the organisational and individual response, but to mostly create the right conditions to reduce consequences after crises, emergencies or disasters and increase resiliency within your team or organisation.
